Founded in 2002, The J.Jill Compassion Fund is committed to providing support to community-based organizations that help disadvantaged and homeless women become self-sufficient.
In 1959,J.Jill began as one specialty store in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and evolved into a direct catalog business. Forty years later, in 1999, we opened our first retail stores and in that same year, launched our ecommerce site. Today, we are proud to be a nationally recognized omni-channel brand that includes our still-growing catalog business, ecommerce website and over 280 retail stores. And our story continues…
In 2002, we founded the J.Jill Compassion Fund to support community-based organizations that help disadvantaged and homeless women become self-sufficient. As a company of women dedicated to women, we’ve donated in excess of $14 million through the Fund.
